INTRODUCING CHEF TONY

Chef Tony is a rising star in the culinary arts world. With experience in and knowledge of Southeast Asian, Italian, Soul, Creole, and Latin influenced dishes, Chef Tony has developed a unique approach to fusing cuisines from all around the world. His dishes encourage the exploration of diverse cultural blends.

In the early stages of his career, Chef Tony employed his culinary skills as the lead cook at Los Angeles’ Mavericks Flat. It was here that Chef Tony began to refine his unique approach to the art of cooking before taking his culinary expertise to the highly regarded Ritz Carlton JW Marriott’s LA Market Restaurant. In this role, Chef Tony cooked alongside and learned from many skilled Chefs, including the infamous Chef Nona Silvly.

Finding great inspiration in these experiences lead Chef Tony to merge his interest in culinary arts with his entrepreneurial desires. Chef Tony is the owner of a catering company and has catered events hosted by the U.S Army, celebrities, and other notable organizations. Chef Tony has created several delectable recipes throughout his culinary career. Most notably, the Chefs' Sweet Potato Pie is a crowd favorite and has been a holiday staple in households for over a decade!
